- 100% of the Source Code, JSON architectures, and front-end assets are transferred to you.
- Any student or financial data processed by the applications we build for you remains strictly your property. Stacknomic does not retain, monetize, or access your users' data post-deployment unless operating under an active Fractional CTO maintenance contract.
